Ok, not really new, but movement as absolute basic. Everyone who is interested in anti aging should not forget this basic. Every day five minutes of increased heartbeat by walking or climbing stairs and once a week half an hour of proper sweating is a minimum. Half an hour of activity every day keeps you fit to prevent many illnesses such as tension, joint pain, and diseases of the musculoskeletal and cardiovascular system (research). So every day without sport is one day less healthy afterwards! (only casual rule of thumb!)
